F) QA/QC CONTROL

A-1. QA/QC INTRODUCTION
Our Quality Assurance department includes around 60 people. With product standards controlled according to ISO 9001 stipulations. The duties are as follows:
1.1 IQC: Check raw materials, removing all unqualified materials and inspecting production plan.
1.2 IPQC: Inspection during production
1.3 FQC: Check finished products before packing and storage in warehouse.
1.4 Evaluate customer feedback to ensure all products meet customer's quality requirements.
1.5 After sales services: Compensate to the reson of customer's order, and clean up the customer's comments.

B-1. SAFETY
1.1 Each product with Hi-pot testing, Earthing testing & Function testing on IQC line, Production line & Final Inspection.
